Last Reflection: The River and the Sky
SABS Days
If I were to summarize this experience in a single metaphor, I would say: I came as a river, not knowing my path. I met rocks that pushed me back, mirrors that showed me my depth, and voices that reminded me I was never alone. I caught glimpses of who I used to be and who I am becoming. I discovered that discomfort comes before growth, silence speaks its own truth, and the greatest step towards transformation is becoming aware. Now I flow on - clarity, strength, and open sky overhead, full of potential. This path does not stop here; it goes on inside me, forging my path ahead. Anushka Hasija
To my facilitator
Raaste dikhane wale ko hum bhool nahi sakte,
Har mod pe jo saath tha, unhein chhod nahi sakte.
Seekha jo unse, wo roshni banke rahegi,
Unke shabdon ki garmi, har andhkaar ko haregi.
Eshika Sood –
On the first day, we broke the ice, Sharing feedback, deep and precise. Divided in groups, our voices soared, In silence and words, reflections poured. Day two brought stories to tell, Lessons learned and moments to dwell. With closed eyes, we sought the way, Through mindful thought, our souls did sway. The third day’s tide, emotions ran deep, Tears and truths, memories to keep. In trust, in feedback, we found our might, Discomfort embraced, gave way to light. The final day, with colors bright, We drew our journey, our guiding light. To start anew, to cease, to grow, Through learning’s path, we let wisdom flow. A farewell note, a bond so true, Lessons lived, both old and new. ISABS carved, in heart and mind, A journey inward, uniquely defined. Pavitra Ranka
